1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 to 2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
Stir together yogurt, vinegar, oil, salt, red pepper, garlic.
NOTE: This is an excellent dressing for a salad of lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and cucumbers. It also complements African food.
